Using nasal aspirators for little kids is always a lot of trouble. They are afraid of the procedure and the noise. Our goal was to distract children’s attention visually by adding a cute animal shaped enclosure to the product.

1st phase - Project brief

The client had specific vision of what he wanted: an additional enclosure for the nasal aspirator product he manufactures. It should be used as a toy after the nose cleaning process.

2nd phase - Sketching

We drew animal and vehicle shapes around the image of the product. Then we chose the best designs and made vector graphic images.

3rd phase - 3D CAD modeling

We prepared clay models based on the drawings. When these models were ready we made CAD models in Solidworks and renderings in KeyShot.

We made several 3D model versions in search for the desired shape.

4th phase - Prototypes

3D printed objects were made of the CAD files for product tests.

5th phase - Manufacturing

Injection moulding. Photos of the final product.
